SMS appointment confirmations (EZ Voice)
EZ Web LLC provides EZ Voice, an AI phone assistant for business customers. Appointment-related text messages are sent only to consumers who called the business and explicitly opt in. We do not send SMS to purchased lists or numbers that have not called the business.
How you opt in
- You call the business's published phone number; the EZ Voice assistant answers.
- If you want a text confirmation, the assistant asks whether you would like appointment details by SMS and you verbally agree on the call.
- The assistant explains that a text will arrive from the business's EZ Voice messaging number, that you should reply YES to opt in, and that message and data rates may apply.
- EZ Web LLC sends one automated opt-in text (shown below). Appointment details are not sent until you reply YES or START.
- After you reply YES, you receive the appointment confirmation text.

- Appointment texts are sent only after a phone call with the business and after you reply YES to the opt-in message from the business’s notification SMS number.
- This is a separate program from Text Chat and uses a different phone number.
- Participation is voluntary.
- Messaging is not required for service or transaction completion.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Message and data rates may apply.
