1. Workforce SMS (employees and independent contractors)

• We use the mobile number of employees and independent contractors only for workforce opt-in and business communications with the company’s AI workforce assistant on that company’s EZ Voice account.
• Business messages may include schedule updates, job details, status notices, and work replies such as calling out sick so appointments can be rescheduled, or requesting time off such as vacation or personal days so appointments are not scheduled.
• Some workforce messages may include a customer name or phone number needed for a job, such as who to call or where to go. That information is for work purposes only.
• We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Recipients may opt out anytime by replying STOP.
• This program is separate from customer-facing SMS programs and does not send consumer appointment marketing.
